Kisaragi

Plum blossoms let us know that even though it is still cold and winter now, the warmth of spring time is near.

Naniwa-zu ni
Sakuya Kono Hana
Fuyu-gomori
Ima wo haru-be to
Sakuya kono hana

I ended up being rather heavy-handed and dark in the edit of this photo due to influences from the Hana Awase wallpaper I currently have.
The poem was prompted by Chihayafuru. I've been rather highly influenced by Hanafuda and Karuta lately, it seems.
